The NLACE plays a critical role in promoting excellence and performance improvement in organizations in the United States. By aligning sector-specific insights and recommendations with national and state-level issues, the NLACE ensures that the Framework remains relevant and contributes to the overall improvement of organizational performance and excellence in the United States.

Committee Focus

Oversees the development of specific initiatives and resources related to energy generation processes, including renewable energy technologies, resource efficiency, and emissions reduction.

Energy Customer & Community Engagement

Committee Focus

Oversees the development of specific initiatives and resources related to customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty, as well as community outreach and education on energy issues.

Energy Transmission & Distribution

Committee Focus

Oversees the development of sector-specific initiatives and resources related to energy transmission and distribution systems, including grid modernization, cybersecurity, and resilience.

Energy Workforce Development

Committee Focus

Oversees the development of specific initiatives and resources related to workforce development, training, and education for energy professionals.

Energy Finance and Economics

Committee Focus

Oversees the development of specific initiatives and resources related to energy financing, investment, and economics.

Members of our National Councils receive access to the Institute for Performance Excellence for ALL employees of their organization.

Membership Fee:

 

We do require an annual investment from our National Council members. This is a nominal fee and helps cover the increasing costs of providing cutting-edge community platforms, establishing best practice guides for industry leaders to learn and grow from, and providing guidance to organizations and individuals throughout the world about how to utilize a quality framework to reach their goals.
